Wonder Well Therapy seeks to foster wellness and wholeness for the entire family, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school - age children (0-12), and parents in California.

Yes, parenting feels hard, because it is hard.

You are probably here because of your concerns for your child’s intense emotions and behaviors. It may be the tantrums that never seem to stop, or the biting and the hitting that feel too intense. It may be the rising anxiety and worries that your child is struggling with. Perhaps you also feel depleted from sifting through strategy after strategy while struggling to balance family life, relationships, work, and day-to-day chores. Has it been challenging for you to simply enjoy your child because you feel consumed by guilt, frustration, and worry as a parent? Whatever the reason and season that brought you here, I know that your deepest desire is for you to not only survive these difficult parenting moments, but for your family to experience what it means to thrive. As a mother of three little ones, I see you and feel you deeply.

I believe that we truly need each other, a village, to raise a child. As a California endorsed Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist, I have seen countless families ride through these exciting yet exhausting early years of their children’s lives well with some support.
